Mission Statement and Philosophy
- Mission Statement
To maximize my clients' return on their construction investment -- code
adherence and quality control are of the utmost importance in completing
a project within the specified schedule and budget
- Philosophy
A successful project consists of three primary components: owners,
architect and general contractor working together. Each component brings
balance to the project. If any component is missing, the project is out
of balance.
- Owners' responsibility: To communicate their budget considerations,
needs and goals
- Architect's responsibility: To be available during the project to
solve any design challenges and to offer alterative options
- General contractor's responsibility: To fulfill the owners' needs
and build the architect's concepts on time, within budget, and in a clean
and safe working environment
